Hi! I’m Fabienne, originally from Paris, and I’m currently living in Australia. I grew up as the big sister of three younger brothers who are triplets, so being around children and taking care of them has always been a big part of my life! I also have a lot of professional experience working with children and teenagers through my work as a Portuguese teacher. I really enjoy creating a fun, relaxed and positive environment where children can feel comfortable, express themselves and discover new things. As a teacher, I’ve organised many different projects and activities with students, including radio projects, arts and creative workshops. I love coming up with activities that keep children curious and engaged, whether it’s something creative, educational, outdoors or simply a fun game. I’m naturally patient, caring and responsible, and I’m used to adapting to different personalities and needs. I’m happy to help with homework, meals, school routines, activities or simply spend time playing and having fun together. Outside of work, I love swimming, yoga and being outdoors. I’m curious, energetic and easy-going, and I’d love to become someone your children feel safe, happy and comfortable around.

Looking for: Part-time

Hello! This year I’ve started studying (this year) I am looking to work in my field of study- young development and youth. As an only child for many years, I always enjoyed mothering, nannying& babysitting the young children and babies locally around my area, with a lot of responsibility trusted with me. Finally when I was 15 my mum blessed me with a sister and then two years later, my stepmother aswell. Having the age difference allowed me to develop a tailored caring specifically for that young person. Everyone is an individual; different strengths and thats what’s important to focus on. I hope to be able to create things, plant things and explore the environment surroundings and learn about them togeather. Having me look after your children will be very beneficial. I spent as much time as possible learning from my family and totally understand the dedicate, love, time and attention young children need when they are developing. I have a collection of resources to learn from aswell. If you have any questions please do not hestitate to get in touch !

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi Parents! I am a professional, passionate & nurturing career nanny. I have over 17 years of experience caring for children aged 3 months to 7 years. I possess a thorough understanding of the physical, emotional, social and intellectual development of children. I used this knowledge to form strong connections and bonds with the children in my care. Over the years I have created & collected a huge collection of resources I use daily to educate and entertain the children i care for (eg. felt stories, puppets, craft materials, a very large variety of books, school readiness materials, games etc). I come packed each day with a large variety of educational activities to keep us engaged all day. I arrive prepared with pre-chosen resources to ensure the children's time is filled with a variety of fun, meaningful & educational activities & experiences. I align these preplanned activities/experiences with the child's unique interests, personality & stages of development. I provide a lot of project and inquiry based learning. If the child shows significant interest in a topic (such as dinosaurs, solar system, ocean animals etc) then I will foster their organic interest by providing a large variety of activities and experiences centred around that topic. For Oceans some examples are visiting the Australian Maritime Museum/attend thier preschool group called mini mariners where they learn about different topics while touring around the museum and then engage with books, craft, dress up, sensory items etc to further explore what they learnt on the museum walk. Koi fish feeding at The Chinese Gardens at 11am daily. Creating jelly fish hats with clear shower caps and streamers, bubble wrap painting and pasting sand to create a beach scene, shell painting, paper plate fish. Going to the local library and finding ocean books to borrow. Learning ocean songs I've downloaded to my phone (here is the sea, little shell, all the fish are swimming in the water, 3 jelly fish). Ocean felt board stories. Looking at YouTube clips of different sea animals. Magnetic fishing game, ideal for fine motor skill development (this game is found at most toy libraries). When the child starts to lose interest or when a new topic emerges, we begin focusing on the new theme. I regularly engage in professional development through workshops, webinars, personal reading & research to further widen my knowledge & skills. Please contact me for my resume and Childcare Portfolio. Kind Regards Danielle
