We’re looking for a wonderful and reliable nanny or babysitter to help with before school care on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, from 7am–9am.

We have three children aged 13, 7, and 5. Our 13-year-old is very independent and doesn’t require any care in the mornings, but we’re seeking someone to help get our two younger boys ready for school and kindergarten.

The role includes:
• Starting at 7am
• Assisting the boys with breakfast, getting dressed, and school prep
• Walking them to school and kinder (both are within a 20–25 minute walk from our home) (20 minutes is also at a slow pace)
• Taking our friendly dog along for the walk, if you’re comfortable with that – he loves joining the school run!

We’re a relaxed and friendly household, and this role would suit someone local who is looking for a few regular hours during the week.

There may also be opportunities for additional casual babysitting on weekends if you’re interested.

Hi, we are looking for a reliable, warm and engaging babysitter for school pick up on Tuesday afternoons for our two kids (6year old boy and 8year old girl) in Kew. The school is a 15 minute walk from home. Some help with light household duties like tidying/organing toys and light meal prep will be needed.

Hi, our daughter is 23 months old and we now require an extroverted nanny starting in Mid August for the following times every Thursday 3.30-7, Friday 3.30-7pm and some Wednesdays from 10.30 - 5. Its very important to be talkative and engaging as she feels more comfortable with such personalities. We prefer a good history of nannying alongside having first aid certificate, police check, working with children check. We live in Kew with our 3 children aged 6.5, 4.5 and 2.5; our daughter goes to Camberwell Primary while the other two do a mix of kinder (Hawthorn East) + childcare (Kew).

I am looking for someone who could help weekday afternoons from around 3-6pm - helping with school pick-ups and drop-offs to after-school activities for the oldest 2. We’d need help 1-2 days a week - regular Wednesdays + occasional Mondays / Tuesdays.

During school holidays or weeks when one parent is traveling for work, we may also ask for more hours - as possible.

Hi, I am a single father that shares care of my two boys with my ex wife. My boys are 9yrs old and 14yrs old and I have them in my house in Hawthorn East every second week from Wednesday to Monday morning. I need local after school pick up and care including taking to sports practices/music lessons nearby for the nine year old who is in grade three from Wednesday to Friday every second week. May include some morning school drop offs on these days.

Care includes pick up from local primary school, preparing afternoon snacks, taking to nearby sports lessons by car, returning to home. Ideally would include some basic evening meal preparation and basic housework where practical until I return from work circa 6pm. The older boy is relatively self sufficient and can get himself home. May need the occasional pick up/take to sports training nearby. Both boys are well mannered and well behaved.

Hi - We are looking for a babysitter for Tuesdays after school for our 12 year old daughter and 9 year old son to be at home with them and take them to nearby sport (which will involve driving but only within a 5km radius). I have two energetic little girls ages 4 and 6. I am looking for a nanny to work every other week picking the girls up from school Monday to Thursday and keeping the 4 year old on Tuesdays all day. Our older child has some special needs (ASD, ADHD) so requires someone with patience and experience.

Hello, we are looking for a nanny to help with our two boys for two full days a week - Tuesday and Thursday, 8:00am - 6:00pm.

The role will involve looking after our 12 month old all day, doing drop off and pick up of our three year old from kinder (15 minute walk away) and then dinner and bath for both boys.

Our baby is a very happy little boy, that loves nothing more than being outside and exploring the world. Our toddler is fun and a little bit cheeky. He loves playing outside, emergency vehicles, puzzles and drawing.

We have a large, 7-year old chocolate Labrador. Being comfortable walking him would be a plus. 

Pitching in around our house (laundry, meal prep, emptying dishwasher etc), when our baby naps would be greatly appreciated, as well as doing local errands (such as going to supermarket or post office).

We are looking for an enthusiastic, kind person to help us with our two daughters (5 and 3). We live in Fitzroy North. Our 5yo is in school, either a walk or short drive away for pickup. Our 3yo is in kinder, a 15-minute drive from home. Our girls are sensitive kids who respond to gentle, responsive care, and love someone who can be playful and fun with them. No learning or behavioural issues.

Conditions:
- Weekly hours (these are not flexible due to the nature of our jobs):
o Tuesday 2:30-7pm – pickup of 3yo from kinder and 5yo from school; drive 5yo to gymnastics class, then home for dinner / bath
o Thursdays 3-6pm – pickup of 3yo from kinder and 5yo from school and care until the first of us gets home from work.

- Ideally could also do a pickup on Monday or Friday on an ad hoc basis and we may look to increase the number of days towards the end of the year
- There would also be some light housework (hanging out washing, unloading the dishwasher etc)
