I am a very passionate nanny which I have done for over 5 years now. I had ventured out into Nursing recruitment and have come back to nannying because this is not "work" to me, I know this is the right career for me when I get home knowing I've smiled all day and given my all to the children and families I care for. 😊

Hi! I come from a big family of nine and am number six. I’ve had built-in experience caring for children of all ages from a young age! I began babysitting for my own family and others at 12 years old and have since gained extensive hands-on experience. Over the past few years, I’ve worked closely with two long-term families. With one family, I spent five years caring for school-aged children, supporting with homework, after-school routines, driving to sports and tutoring, grocery shopping, and running household errands. With another family, I worked for two years caring for a newborn and toddler, giving me strong experience and confidence with babies under 1. My responsibilities have included: - After-school care and activity drop-offs - Feeding, nap/bedtime routines, and light meal prep - Homework help and general organisation - Grocery shopping and light household duties I’m hardworking, reliable, and genuinely committed to creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment for the children in my care. I’m also happy to help around the house and keep things tidy. References available on request! I've previously held first-aid certification, happy to renew it for a consistent employment opportunity. I have a WWCC and a recent police check.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi there, my name is Emika and I am a 36 year old female born and bred on the Northern Beaches. I have been a flight attendant with Virgin Australia for the past 14 years. Prior to this, I was a tennis coach for about 3 years casually and then 3 years full time after having competed through my teenage years. I was very likeable by the kids I coached and through that gained numerous babysitting jobs for those kids. I also used to work during the school holidays running tennis camps where the kids were in my care Monday-Friday 9am-3pm. Working at Virgin, I am constantly helping parents take care of children and infants who travel with them. I have also gained a few babysitting jobs through work colleagues at Virgin. I was stood down in my position at Virgin from March 2020 to January 2021 due to Covid. During this time, I gained numerous babysitting/nannying and housework help jobs. I am stood back up now but currently on ground duties which is more predictable and stable. I am happy to help casually wherever/whenever I can. I always take pride in what I do and ensure I am able to do things to the best of my ability. It feels so rewarding to help people and do a good job doing it. I love seeing children happy and being able to make them smile/laugh. How I treat children is how I would treat my own that I hope to have some time in the near future. With my experience, I have high expectations of myself and you can expect me to always come to work committed to make positive impacts. I love the outdoors and like to eat healthily so have no trouble passing that on to your children should you require that. I have 2 mini dachshunds so would be fine with animals around. Also happy to help out with around the house chores, dog walking, shopping etc. if neeed be to ease your workload looking after children. I have a full Australian drivers license and WWCC. Every year at Virgin we undertake a first aid and CPR course and every 2 years, we must renew our national security I.D. which means they run a police check on us. If there are any charges or infringements, we would not be able to renew. This has never happened to me in over 14 years. Am also triple vaccinated Looking forward to hearing from you. Ps: please ignore the 1 star. I don’t know how it got there, I’m yet to get a job through here and I contacted the management and they said they can’t remove it as they took over from a previous management. Promise I’m a 5 star!
