Nanny Job-Share – Mosman Park
Seeking two friendly, long-term nannies to start in September (flexible/ASAP). We’re open to one person covering all days, but we also want to offer flexibility for candidates juggling other roles (nursing, teaching, childcare, another nanny family, etc.).
The Roles (choose 2 days or 3 days)
Role A – 3 days/week (~15 hrs)
Role B – 2 days/week (~10 hrs)
Extra hours available at times (e.g., evening babysits).
From February 2026 (when our newborn arrives), hours will increase to 30-40 per week across the role(s).
Exact schedules to be agreed together; we can shape hours to fit your other commitments.
About Us
We have an 18-month-old who is highly active, curious, and busy. We live in Mosman Park, walking distance to parks and cafés. I’m a stay-at-home mum who’ll be in and out during the day and may join activities. We also have a playful cocker spaniel, so being comfortable with dogs is important.
As our family grows next year, we’re looking for someone confident caring for a toddler (2.5+) and a young baby (6+ months).
What You’ll Do (day-to-day)
Age-appropriate, play-based learning (lots of outdoor time, park/library trips)
Snacks/meals and supporting naps and routines
Simple tidying of child areas as needed
Warm, responsive care that supports development and safety
What We’re Looking For
2+ years’ experience with children aged newborn–4
Strong child-safety knowledge
Current National Police Check, Working with Children Check (WA), and First Aid
A genuine love of outdoor, play-based learning
(Nice to have) Studying or qualified in Early Childhood Education
