Nanny/Bestie required for my 7month old son

My son, Lane is 7months old. I may be bias but he is such a happy, funny and sweet little boy with a big and beautiful personality. I’m looking for someone to care for him 1-2 days per week on a permanent basis with the potential for more adhoc days as required.

I am returning to work from July 1st. The initial requirement is 1 day, and will increase to 2 days per week from mid August. The hours of work will be either 6:30am to 3:30pm, or 8:30am to 5:30pm. Mondays would be great but I can be flexible with which day of the week if it means securing the right fit for our little family.

I will work from home 100% of the time. You would be caring for Lane at my home, helping him learn and practice new skills, as well as being his fun, gentle and kind bestie. Occasional outings or outside activities are encouraged to keep him stimulated and engaged.

When he is napping or playing independently, some cleaning would be appreciated. At a minimum, the house should be left clean and tidy when the shift is over, but any additional cleaning would be great!
