Morning school drop off and babysitting a toddler

We are a family of 4 living in Hawthorn East. My husband and I have a 8 yr old son and a 1 yr old son. We are searching for a caring person to help us with our morning school routine with our son and toddler. We would like help with school drop off in the morning for our 8 yr old son from Mon-Thurs. After the school drop off we would like help with baby sitting our toddler for 3 hours (till his noon nap). We would like the baby sitter to spend time with our toddler playing and doing activities that are applicable for his age.
