Part time nanny for after school pick up help

We are a family about to become 5 and are looking for someone to help with after school/kinder pick up and help through dinner/bath time. Our two children are 3.5 and 6 years old and we will welcome our newborn in mid-August. Looking for someone available roughly 3pm until 6.30pm two afternoons a week (preferably Mon and Thurs, but somewhat flexible). Newborn experience not necessary as Mum will be looking after the baby. Working with children check and reference/s preferred. Drivers license required, but can use our car. Some light housework such as preparing and cleaning up dinner and folding washing required. Potential for more hours and/or casual babysitting work also if available.
