Charismatic adult to supervise boys age 6 and 9

Seeking a charismatic adult to be in the house at times when we are both at work to supervise our 2 boys, age 6 and 9. They are independent and fun and we are easygoing. Work is sporadic and will involve several hours at a time, usually afternoons but sometimes early mornings and occasionally an overnight stay or weekend days. We both know our rosters 12 months in advance so can book in advance, average at least 4 bookings per month. Role may include driving them to club sport sometimes after school.
