Hi there,
I’m looking for a regular babysitter to look after my four year old son every Tuesday, from 8am to 4pm. We’d be needing irregular evening cover too (Wednesday night once a month, and day shifts at least 2-3 times a month).
Our boy is potty trained and does not nap in the daytime.
You’d be required to look after him indoors, take him out for walks, give him snacks and lunch. We will provide you with a list of favourite places and activities. We’d provide food and snacks for you to feed him. We live next to many baby friendly attractions to it’ll be easy to find fun activities (Fawkner Park, the NGV, South Yarra Library). We can cover transport expenses as well.
He is very friendly and happy to hang out with new people. We've had babysitters before so he understands how it all works.
We're looking for:
- a responsible individual
- familiar with the city.
- experienced with working with children
- has a general passion and creativity for spending time with children.
We’d like to meet in person before confirming the job.
I also just want to add that one day a week doesn't seem like a big commitment, but for me that one day a week is vital (for work, admin and just a mental break). So please only apply if you feel that you can consistently show up for this.
