Nanny/after school care

Hi, I am a single father that shares care of my two boys with my ex wife. My boys are 9yrs old and 14yrs old and I have them in my house in Hawthorn East every second week from Wednesday to Monday morning. I need local after school pick up and care including taking to sports practices/music lessons nearby for the nine year old who is in grade three from Wednesday to Friday every second week. May include some morning school drop offs on these days.

Care includes pick up from local primary school, preparing afternoon snacks, taking to nearby sports lessons by car, returning to home. Ideally would include some basic evening meal preparation and basic housework where practical until I return from work circa 6pm. The older boy is relatively self sufficient and can get himself home. May need the occasional pick up/take to sports training nearby. Both boys are well mannered and well behaved.
