Evening assistance with 2 toddlers

We have a 19month old son and 3 year old daughter who go to daycare Mon Tue Thu Fri and come home at 6pm. We are in need of assistance with cooking and feeding the kids, light cleaning and getting them ready for bed by 8pm which has been a struggle at the moment, especially when one of us is coming home later from work. We are looking for someone with flexible night time availabilities and to be part of our little one's night time routine.
