Babysitter/ nanny for 4 month old baby

Looking for a babysitter/nanny for our 4 month old baby for 3 hours during one day and 3 hours one evening per fortnight. We are looking for someone with experience with young babies, who can engage with her and provide age appropriate stimulation during her wake period (reading, playing music, assisted rolling/ tummy time with stimulation). We are looking for someone who will be with her as she grows and so are looking for a babysitter/ nanny who is committed to caring for her long term.
