We are a warm family looking for an experienced, mature, calm and nurturing Nanny to support us with our two young children — a toddler and an infant.
This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys caring for young children, is confident with infants and toddlers, and seeking a fixed long-term role.
Childcare duties include:
* Caring for our toddler and infant
* Supporting naps, routines, feeds and daily care
* Engaging in age-appropriate play and activities - both in the home and community
* Preparing meals and snacks for the children
* Tidying children’s play areas
* Cleaning up after children’s meals
* Light child-related tasks such as dishes, bottles and general reset
Must have:
* Current Working With Children Check
* Current Police Check
* Current CPR and First Aid
* Contactable references
We are looking for someone who is:
* Experienced, ideally a career nanny with 5+ years experience
* Confident caring for infants and toddlers
* Calm, nurturing, mature, and patient
* Professional, reliable and trustworthy
* Proactive, organised and able to use initiative
* Warm, respectful and easy to communicate with
* History of long-term tenure with other families (2+ years) (highly desirable)
This is a fixed long-term role, starting as three day per week, and we would love to find someone who is looking to grow with our family and build a meaningful, consistent relationship with the children.
Indicative rate listed negotiable for the right candidate. 12% super will also be added to the agreed rate.
