Hello! We’re a fun-loving family looking for a superstar nanny & household assistant to join our team either full or part time - the choice is yours.
We’ve got two curious, passionate and active boys (ages 7 and 5) who love being outside, exploring new ideas, building things and asking big questions. We’re looking for someone who can stay organized and add to the warmth and energy in our home.
About the role
While the boys are at school, your time will focus on keeping things running smoothly at home. Once school’s out, it’s all about fun, learning, and structure.
• Hours: Full-time or part time but minimum hours 3 - 6pm Monday to Friday
• Pay: $37/hr + superannuation + annual leave benefits
• Start: As soon as the right person is found
Who we’re looking for
• You genuinely love working with children
• You’re energetic, capable, and proactive
• You have strong experience caring for children
• You’re professional, trustworthy, and a great communicator
• You have a valid driver’s license, your own reliable transport, and a current WWCC
Your days will include
Childcare & fun (your most important priority!)
• Picking up the boys from school and getting them to after-school activities
• Spending time outside, encouraging active play and creativity
• Supporting learning at home—especially in science, maths and English
• Keeping things low-tech and high-imagination
• Nurturing curiosity, confidence, and kindness
Household support (while the boys are at school)
• Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
• Keeping the home tidy and organized: laundry, dishes, vacuuming, mopping light ironing
• Grocery shopping and stocking household essentials
• Organising kids’ spaces and activities
