Meet María Belén: A nanny and babysitter in Bedford, WA

Hi! My name is Maria Belen, and I’m a qualified Speech Therapist with a deep passion for supporting children's development and wellbeing. I have over 4 years of experience working as a preschool teacher and have training in the Montessori method, which guides my respectful, child-led approach to education and care.

I have worked with babies and children up to 10 years old, including children with hearing impairments, physical disabilities, and neurodivergent profiles such as autism and ADHD. My experience allows me to adapt to each child’s unique needs and provide a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment.

In addition to offering babysitting services, I also work as a learning support educator and therapeutic companion. Thanks to my background in speech therapy, I’m able to provide focused support in communication and language development, helping children grow with confidence and joy.
