Meet Anya: A nanny and babysitter in Fitzroy North, VIC

Hello families, my name's Anya.

I am a Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator, having worked in the sector for over 8 years. In this time, I have been the room leader in the babies, 2 and then 3 year old rooms, and worked in the Kinder Room, I also worked in management/enrolments and have nannied and babysat for many years. Including being a live in Nanny in London for a year.

I'm friendly, responsible, caring, encouraging, calm and fun. I have cared for babies through to Primary school aged children.

I love to support the children in my care in making up fun, imaginative games to play, doing art and craft, story telling, reading books and playing outdoor activities.

I can cook healthy meals and do light housework and am more than happy to do so. I’m good at thinking on my feet and using my initiative.

I am a non smoker; have a current level 2 First Aid Certificate and my Working with Children Check. I have my Asthma and Anaphylaxis training. I’m also a qualified Yoga and Pilates teacher.

In my spare time I enjoy being out in nature, going to yoga classes, cooking and seeing friends and family. I’m a huge animal lover, so not a problem if you have any pets, in fact, I would love that.
