Meet Javiera: A nanny and babysitter in Melbourne, VIC

Hello, my name is Javiera. I’m 32 years old and originally from Chile. I studied Special Education from 2010 to 2016 and have over 6 years of experience working with children with diverse learning needs.

In 2019, I moved to Ireland, where I worked for a year as a child carer in a children's entertainment centre. Since 2023, I’ve been living in Australia, where I’ve worked as a support/supplementary worker with children on the autism spectrum.

I’m currently studying for a Diploma in Childcare Education. I have a valid driver’s licence, my own car, First Aid certification, a Police Check, and a Working with Children Card. I’m a dynamic and engaged person who enjoys not just caring for children but also teaching them functional skills to support their development in meaningful ways.
