Meet Skye: A nanny and babysitter in Parkville, VIC

To whom it may concern,

My name is Skye, I am interested in the position. I graduated Year 12 at Ballarat Grammar at the end of 2024. I am very keen to work whilst studying a Bachelor of Nursing at ACU. I am going into my second year of Nursing in 2026. I have experience working in group settings which has allowed me to develop my skills of communication along with the ability to deal with a variety of situations. I have experience working with livestock which has required me to approach situations with forward thinking to achieve the best result. Alongside this I worked in a hospitality role in a fast-food takeaway shop, for a few months over uni break. This allowed me to develop my customer service skills. I have recently completed my first placement for nursing in an aged care home. I have experience babysitting my two nieces aged 3 years old and 8 months old. I am very comfortable in my ability to look after children, I also have many cousins and have looked after them a lot growing up.
