Meet Elsie: A nanny and babysitter in Dudley, NSW

My name is Elsie, and I am 19 years old with a genuine passion for working with and educating children. I hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, a P2 clean driver’s licence, and current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training specific to education and care settings.

I bring several years of childcare experience, beginning at age 14 with babysitting and further developed through caring for my five younger siblings. These experiences have provided me with strong skills in supervision, safety, and creating engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s growth and learning.

I particularly enjoy the outdoors and love incorporating nature and hands-on experiences into children’s learning, helping to foster curiosity and creativity.
