Looking for: Part-time, Casual Babysitting
I’m currently a final year Psychology student at the University of Queensland living in Brisbane 4000. Originally from Indonesia, I come from a large family with many younger cousins, and I’ve always been the one who looks after them during family gatherings. These casual experiences have nurtured my love for working with children and inspired my long-term goal of becoming a child clinical psychologist.
I’m passionate about understanding how children think, feel, and grow, which is why I chose to major in Psychology. Babysitting gives me the opportunity to apply what I’ve learned in a real and meaningful way. I enjoy creating fun, safe, and engaging environments where children feel supported and heard.
With my background and studies, I bring a patient, empathetic, and responsible approach to childcare. I truly enjoy spending time with kids, not just as a caregiver, but as someone who genuinely cares about their well-being and development. Supporting families while gaining hands-on experience with children is something I find both fulfilling and exciting.
