Meet Ruby: A babysitter in Indooroopilly, QLD

Hi! I’m a 22-year-old university student currently studying my Masters of Primary Teaching, with a background in Communications and a strong passion for working with children. I have over a year of experience working in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) and currently work as a Teacher Aide in a primary school, supporting children in their learning and wellbeing.

I’ve also spent many years coaching netball and tutoring, which has helped me develop strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to connect with children of different personalities and needs. I have experience caring for children aged 5 to 12 years and genuinely love creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment where children feel happy and confident.

I’m known for my bubbly, kind, and caring nature, and I bring lots of positive energy to everything I do. I love playing sports, doing crafts, and getting creative with kids, while also being responsible and reliable. I hold current First Aid, CPR, and Blue Card certifications and am more than happy to help with school pick-ups, homework, and light household chores.
