Meet Xavier: A nanny and babysitter in Coburg, VIC

Hi, I'm Xav, a 28 year old education student currently studying a Bachelor of Education (P-12) after recently attaining my Diploma in Education Studies (2024). I'm looking for regular, part-time or casual babysitting jobs.

I have a passion for childcare, education, and inspiring young minds. I have gained some recent babysitting experience after leaving full-time work to start my teaching degree. I'm looking to find a babysitting job that suits my studies, placement, and my education career path.

I have recently completed a placement as a pre-service teacher in a primary school with excellent feedback from staff and students. I am experienced and passionate about creating engaging play experiences and supporting early learning and development through fun age appropriate activities.

My previous babysitting experience mainly consisted of school pick-up and afternoon routine, including homework help, dinner prep, and nightime routine, with occasional evening care.

I am available for all kinds of babysitting work - (tutoring, school pick-up, evening care, light meal prep and cooking, and can also assist with occasional light house-work). I am open to working with all kinds of families and ages of children, households with pets.

I am flexible, reliable, focussed on child-safety, and I have a positive attitude and great sense of humour.
