Meet Erika: A nanny and babysitter in Burwood, VIC

I am studying a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education at Deakin University and currently work in a childcare centre. Growing up with younger siblings and caring for cousins helped build my love for working with children. I believe early childhood is key to shaping confidence, kindness, and a sense of being loved. I focus on creating a safe, caring, and fun environment where children feel supported. I connect with children on their level while keeping routines and structure. In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, music, and professional Indian Kathak and Sri Lankan Kandyan dancing.
