Meet Maxwell: A nanny and babysitter in Carlton, VIC

Hi! I’m Maxwell, and I'm currently studying abroad at the University of Melbourne. I've been nannying and tutoring in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 7 years, caring for children from toddlers to teens. Beyond 1:1 care, I've worked in the nonprofit education sector, where I supported students with listed needs and accommodations and built out diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives organization-wide. These experiences taught me patience, adaptability, and the importance of creating safe, encouraging environments.
