Meet Kayla: A nanny in Melbourne, VIC

I'm Kayla, a 32-year-old nanny with 11 years of experience in bringing smiles, laughs, and love to three families. I’m super excited to be moving back to Melbourne (my home away from home) and am looking for a fantastic family to join and support. I am looking for a full time, ideally live out position, 4-5 days per week.

For the past 7 years I have been a member of the Millar family, in Hamilton New Zealand, close to where I grew up. I have helped raise and care for 4 children originally aged 10, 9, 6 and 3 – one boy and three girls. This has been a varied position with structuring the youngest’s earlier years, while navigating the older children's time at school, managing the house including preparing daily meals, groceries, errands and additional support to other family businesses.

All of my previous roles (as outlined on CV and covering letter) were full-time, live-out positions, and I pride myself on being organized, reliable, patient, and adaptable. I’m also pretty good at rolling with whatever parenting style works best for the family – if you’ve got a rhythm, I’ll be right there with you!

Available start of August, could be sooner for the right role.
