Meet charli: A babysitter in Heidelberg Heights, VIC

Currently, I am dedicatedly serving as a permanent team member at A2Z kindergarten & childcare, where I have been nurturing and caring for the big kids in the kinder room. Over my 3.5 years of working with children, I have been fortunate enough to gain extensive experience across various age groups and rooms within the center.

My journey in childcare has been nothing short of incredible. Each day brings new joys, challenges, and opportunities to make a positive impact on the lives of these precious young ones. From the first moment I stepped into the childcare centre , I knew that this was where my passion truly lies.

Within my role at A2Z, I have had the privilege of working closely with children of all ages, from infants to toddlers and beyond. This diverse experience has not only equipped me with a deep understanding of each developmental stage but has also allowed me to tailor my approach to effectively meet the unique needs of each child.

Creating meaningful connections with children and their families is paramount to me. I believe that fostering a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment is foundational to a child's well-being, growth, and overall development. By building trust, encouraging curiosity, and promoting a love for learning, I strive to create a space where children can thrive and reach their full potential.

My time in childcare has taught me invaluable lessons about patience, empathy, and the importance of open communication. I have honed my skills in creating age-appropriate activities, assisting with meal times, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and providing emotional support to both children and their families.
