Meet Anna: A nanny and babysitter in Brighton Le Sands, NSW

I have extensive experience caring for children, recently completing my second month long immersion program in the Philippines, where I worked with kids aged 3 to 17, including children with disabilities and mental health challenges. Not only was this experience memorable, but it taught me many valuable lessons about working with children and the importance of caring and always being there.

I'm a caring, responsible, and energetic individual. I currently volunteer with the Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation, and in high school, I was honoured to serve as a school prefect, a role that strengthened my leadership and communication skills.

I now work as an umpire convenor, where I mentor and teach students in umpiring, and for the past 3 years, I’ve also been a netball coach, leading teams aged 12–16. These roles have taught me how to build trust with kids and support them in both structured and casual environments.

Whether it’s helping with homework, playing games, or just keeping things calm and positive at home, I always aim to create a safe and enjoyable environment for the children I look after.
