Meet Remy: A babysitter in Elsternwick, VIC

Hello! My name is Remy, currently on a working holiday with the Netherlands being my home country. I'm a warm, playful young man who loves adventure (hence my travels) and learning from other people about their passions.

I finds children's autonomy important. This means I try to let the kids make decisions and get them to be aware of the results of those decisions. Beside that, I really try to avoid using the inhibitory phrase 'I'll do that for you' too often. That being said, I am stern with boundaries, which is also important to set expectations on how the world works.

I like spending time outside the most, which is where my skills lie as I've been an animator for a youth organization and a daycare where outside play was a strong focus.
