Meet Gabriella: A nanny and babysitter in Brunswick, VIC

Hi there!

I'm Gabby, an energetic, positive, caring and responsible person, looking for babysitting work to complement my part-time psychology degree that I’m excited to move to Melbourne from Sydney for! I have babysat and nannied for many amazing families over the last 12 years, and currently nanny for an almost 2 year old in Paddington, who I adore and casually for around 6 families in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney! I also look after a 1 and 4 year old 1 day a week.

I have also just completed a course to become an ADHD coach, so for the next year will be nannying while I set up my business, alongside study - as you can tell I love to be busy and learn!

I absolutely love caring for children as I love getting to know the kids I babysit, from the first day where they can often be quite shy, to the point of familiarity, which is really rewarding. I love seeing their unique personalities grow every time I see them, and love how carefree and creative children can be. I also really enjoy baby-sitting because it's always alot of fun, and I enjoy finding fun activities to do, whether it's going to the park, making music, making a cubby house or making artworks.

I have taught music to 0-5 year olds at Reddam in St. Leonard’s and Lindfield, as well as teaching K-1 before school music classes in Bondi. I do a lot of casual babysitting work in Newtown for a beautiful 4 year old boy (who I have been lucky enough to watch grow from 8 months old!) and his 1 year old sister, as well as nannying for my beautiful 2 and 4 year old nephews. I also do casual evenings for a beautiful family with a 1 year old in Edgecliff, and two children who are 7 and 9 in Edgecliff.

I am a creative & energetic person, and I absolutelylutely love to babysit. It brings me so much joy and I love taking care of and nurturing the gorgeous personalities who I get to meet!
