Meet Karlene: A nanny and babysitter in Prahran, VIC

I’m a 28 year old full-time nursing student living in Prahran with my partner and puppy. Due to my full time studies I am only available outside the Mon-Fri hours of 7am-5pm, but I’m very happy to help with any babysitting/nanny roles that fall inside these hours (evenings and weekends).

My childcare experience includes:

🍀 An assistant educator at a childcare centre (with main duties pertaining to the care of infants and toddlers) about 10 years ago

🍀 A private nanny for a family of 6 (mother, father, and children ages 7, 6, 4, 2) about 9 years ago

🍀 The on-call childcare for my 3 incredible nieces (8, 6, 1) since birth!

🍀 Occasional recent babysitting through this website

I’m happy to help with playtime, homework, meals, bedtime routines, and anything else that pops up. I’m also happy to help with household tasks. At the end of the day, I want to make your life easier. My goal is to provide families with someone they can trust and children with someone they’ll enjoy spending time with.
