Meet Tan Saowanee: A nanny in Bundoora, VIC

I have worked as a childcare worker and nanny, beginning my career in childcare through an agency before moving into a private nanny role. It was during my time as a nanny that I truly discovered my passion for caring for and nurturing children.

As a caregiver, I am patient, nurturing, and dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where children can learn and grow at their own pace. I recently took a career break to raise my own children and work in other industries. This time allowed me to develop diverse skills that have made me more adaptable, responsible, and confident in my professional approach.

I pride myself on building trusting relationships with families. In addition to childcare, I am happy to assist with light household duties to support the family, including simple meal preparation, children's laundry, and keeping children's areas organized.

I am an Australian citizen and hold a Certificate III in Children's Services.
