Meet Alessia: A nanny and babysitter in Bondi Beach, NSW

Hi moms and dads!

Caring for children has been a part of my life from a young age, starting with helping my family back home. One of my close relatives has four children, including a child with a disability, and I’ve been actively involved in their care, adapting to their unique needs while still trying to make it fun and an including environment.

I’ve also worked as a nanny and au pair (in the USA), caring for children of most ages.

At the moment, I am supporting two families on an ongoing basis, and other families casually. The children I care for are aged 6 weeks old to 6 years old & the largest families I work with have 3 children.

I have lived in Bondi for the past 5 years and I am looking for casual and/or part-time ongoing work.

I have recently started my own business and ideally I am looking to fill one extra day (10h +). I am also open to short-term arrangements.

I’m warm and reliable. I love creating fun and safe environments where children feel stimulated and supported. I am active and independent and because of that I enjoy and I am used to planning activities for the day. I am comfortable driving or taking public transport with children and exploring different neighbourhoods or taking them to a library, museums, playgrounds, or anything fun!
