I am currently in Australia on a working holiday visa. I am a proud Criminology and Psychology graduate with First-Class Honours (BPS accredited), driven by a heartfelt passion for supporting children and helping them thrive. I approach my work with enthusiasm and dedication, always eager to learn and take on new challenges. My ambition is to pursue a Doctorate in Educational Psychology to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives. I’m a reliable, empathetic team player who enjoys working in dynamic environments and values building strong, positive relationships with those around me. I have always had a passion for working with children and I’d like to carry this on in Australia.
I am hard working, loyal, and not afraid of being put under pressure.
I have completed a year as a special educational needs teaching assistant, where I worked 1:1 and in small groups with children who have ADHD, autism, speech and physical difficulties. As I have completed many weeks of summer camps (National Citizen Service) in the UK for disadvantaged children, being sub team leader and team leader.
I also successfully tutored the students in after school mathematics, where I had great success.
I have a current Enhanced DBS check (UK) which is the right to work with children. I’ll happily obtain an Australian children check if my UK is not suitable.
