Meet Shannen: A nanny in Donnybrook, VIC

I’m a 30 yr old Mother who has been working in the childcare industry for over 13 years.

I started my childcare career working in a small childcare centre where I worked for for 2 years while completing my Cert. III in Children’s Services. During this time I also travelled to Cambodia and volunteered with disadvantaged children. When I finished my Cert. I moved to London and lived as an Aupair with an amazing family, I stayed with them for 2 years before moving to Melbourne where I have worked as a nanny for the last 8 years.

Experience with newborn- 12yrs

I have worked primarily as a sole carer and have been trusted to do overnight stays and drive children to activities/school/shops. I have a passion for craft and DIY toys/games always fun and educational, I love sensory play, reading and outdoor play. I always work to the families requirements and instructions.
