Meet Katie: A nanny and babysitter in Mascot, NSW

I am a 27 year old Irish girl, I am an auntie to 3 young babies who I helped care for at home that I miss so much! I am trust worthy , reliable, independent and have a passion for childcare, at home I helped my sisters daily with their babies as they eased them selves back off maternity leave and back into working life. The help I provided included morning routines, night time routines, bathing, feeding, nappy changing , activities through the day and more recently potty training, the list of tasks goes on but I am very passionate about working with young kids to help both the parents and the babies live a fulfilled, stress free, happy life, I’d love to join your family and be there for both the children and at hand for the parent when needs be! I have worked most of my adult life in the healthcare industry caring for the elderly and vulnerable people, this career choice has strengthened my skills in patience, empathy and providing safe, attentive care which I believe are qualities that make a great nanny. Here in Australia I have my working with children’s check, my police check and my cpr and first aid certificate, i have my uk drivers license which I can use here for up to 6 months before converting it to an Australian license, I am flexible when it comes to scheduling days/nights!
