Meet Hailey: A babysitter in Springfield Lakes, QLD

I am flexible and creative when it comes to problem solving, while also being able to work quick on my feet. Growing in a single parent household has its challenges and I quickly learnt being the eldest of 5 siblings meant taking on a greater role. I have learnt the basics of a structured routine to maintain function within the household and how to communicate appropriate in order for neurodivergent children to understand. I myself have ADHD and am hoping to find casual work to further support my study as I live independently. I believe in being able to balance both play based learning and routine and will always do whats in a child’s best interest.
