Meet Ranju: A babysitter in Pymble, NSW

I am currently undertaking a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care and working part-time in a childcare centre. I reside in Pymble and am available for weekend shifts, with flexibility to take on additional weekday work as needed.

As an educator, I believe in creating a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child feels valued, safe, and supported in their learning journey. My philosophy is grounded in the belief that children learn best through play, exploration, and positive relationships. I am committed to supporting each child’s individual needs, interests, and strengths, and fostering their holistic development—socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively. I value strong partnerships with families and colleagues to ensure consistent, respectful, and collaborative care.
