Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi, I am Khrys and I am a 22 year old Ukrainian international student at the Uni of Melbourne. I am looking for a part-time/casual babysitting. I have experience babysitting a 6-month old and a 7 year old. However, I also have two younger brothers and two younger cousins whom I pretty much raised. I am also a godmother of 2 kids, and I have an Eastern European mother (who taught me everyhting). Basically I adore children of any age and have a bunch of experience. I do not have a car, however, or a driver's license, if it is a dealbreaker for you. I speak 6 languages so more than happy to tutor your kids while babysitting them. Looking forward to meeting you!

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi! I’m currently a second-year student on exchange from the UK in Melbourne, and I’m looking for a part-time/casual babysitting role alongside university. I would describe myself as responsible, patient, and positive, and I think my previous experiences working with children really reflect that. I have worked as a private tutor teaching French and history to children aged 7 to 12, which taught me how to be supportive while also keeping a good balance of structure and encouragement. I also spent over a year and a half volunteering at the Baytree Centre in London, a girls-only refugee and migrant support centre, where I helped run after-school activities including literacy classes, book clubs, and cooking sessions for girls aged 6 to 13. I truly gained so much learning from those children and became really comfortable working with different personalities and creating a fun and safe environment for them to grow! I am also the eldest in a pretty big family and constantly surrounded by younger children, so looking after them has always been a natural part of my life. I had to be patient and responsible, which taught me how to handle situations calmly and keep things light and positive. I am pretty flexible on my schedule, so I’ll be happy to adapt to your family's needs! :)

As an experienced Early Childhood Educator and accomplished Musician, I bring over 13 years of expertise in nurturing and educating young children. I have recently returned to Melbourne after spending 2 years overseas. Previous to this I worked at Isabel Henderson Kindergarten as an Early Childhood Educator and Music Specialist. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience working with children in a variety of settings, including kindergartens across Melbourne's inner north and as a nanny for several families. I maintain strong relationships with all of my previous employers, who can provide glowing references. I value the importance of my experience and skills, which is reflected in my pay rate. I am happy to assist with cleaning, laundry, and cooking. As a vegetarian, I specialise in plant-based cooking, and my experience with preparing meat-based dishes is limited.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi Families! My name is Leila, I am 24, and originally from Scotland! I am a warm, passionate and experienced Early Years (Childcare) Assistant for 2.5 years, a Maths and English Tutor/holiday camp leader for ages 5-15 for over a year. I also hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychology! My job at Thrive childcare and education involved caring for and engaging with children from all walks of life, from the ages of 6 months to 5 years old (A job I absolutely loved!). Day to day, I created and got involved in new and engaging child-centred, creative and imaginative activities both indoors and out. My job also included personal care, such as changing and toileting support and overseeing mealtimes positively and safely. Alongside this, I tutored 5 to 15-year-olds in Maths and English at 'Kevs Class Tutoring', focusing not on academic outcomes but on building trusting relationships with parents and children to build confidence in these subjects. In the holidays, I also assisted in creating and running fun activity day camps for the same children, which was lots of fun! My degree in Psychology really kick-started my interest when learning about child development as part of my course, and the importance of a positive, fun and supportive environment and the carers a child is surrounded with. I absolutely love guiding and engaging children, and I find building relationships with both the children and their families such an important and rewarding part of the job. References for both jobs can be provided upon request. Don't hesitate to reach out if the above seems like a good fit for you and your child/children, I look forward to hearing from you! Best wishes, Leila

My Name is Ashlea I have moved to Melbourne from Sydney to begin my college studies in law. I am seeking a nannying or babysitting role where I can provide reliable, caring, and engaging support to a family. In Sydney, I gained valuable experience working with school aged children, including supervising and teaching surf education in the water as well as babysitting for a family who lived next door to me. I value structure, routine, and clear communication, while also making sure there's plenty of room for fun, creativity, and laughter. I understand how important consistency is for children, and I take pride in being dependable, organised, and calm under pressure. Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

🌺 Hello and Welcome to April's Pro PlayCare 🌺 A little about myself, I’m originally from Northern California and spent the last seven years living in Hawaii where I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology as well as taking three years of American Sign Language. I am eager to learn Auslan and continue my education in sign language. I made the move to Melbourne July 2025 to begin an exciting new chapter with my husband, who was born and raised here. We currently live near Albert Park Lake with our loving cat. I enjoy reading, taking walks, and continuing my yoga practice as I have done for the past fifteen years. Over those fifteen years, my work has always been centered around caring for children. I began as a babysitter, then found a job as a swim instructor (teaching all ages, from babies to adults). For the past seven years, I’ve specialized in supporting children with special needs, both one-on-one and group settings, in home and community environments. My work has focused on helping kids learn, grow, communicate, and thrive through compassionate care. In addition, I have completed my WWCC, police check, and hold my own ABN. That being said, I am comfortable tracking hours, writing up contracts, and providing weekly invoices for services provided. I have been working here since August 2025 with an amazing family that have two kids aged 3 and 11 months in Malvern East. I am grateful to have found such a loving family to help me continue to build my business and use my knowledge gained from my studies at University of Hawaii. I’m looking to increase my work hours and am available Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and occasional weekends. I would be happy to provide a letter of recommendation from the family I am currently with. *One last note... I don’t currently have a car, though I’m confident commuting via public transport. Thank you for taking your time to read about me. Message if you have any additional questions and I look forward to hearing about you and how I can help :)
