Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi, I’m Shir. I have over 10 years of experience working with children, starting from a young age as a babysitter and continuing through long-term roles with families, childcare settings, and private nanny positions. I have extensive experience caring for newborns, toddlers, and young children, including supporting families from the newborn stage while also caring for an older child at the same time. I’ve worked closely with single-parent households and families who needed consistent, reliable, and hands-on support. I’m confident with daily routines, feeding, settling, play-based activities, outdoor time, and creating a safe, calm, and nurturing environment. I’m patient, attentive, and emotionally aware, and I always prioritise children’s wellbeing and safety. I am a non-smoker, hold a valid WWCC and First Aid certification, have a driver’s licence and my own car, and I’m happy to assist with light housework. I genuinely love working with children and building long-term, trusting relationships with families.

In process of obtaining police check. Recently retired from corporate FT role, now seeking to support working parent/s with their family and business if required. I enjoy helping out families, as I know raising children and working full time and having the right person is not easy. Children bring out the best version of who I am, a mum who is proud, and enjoy being a contributor to a family who needs a reliable, caring, respectful lady. Like all roles over time, I hope they can feel at ease, knowing I will have their family best interest at all times and continue to support their needs as a family. WWC 1000043A-02

Hi! My name is Jay, and I'm looking for work during my gap year. I am very good with kids, as I am kind, sweet, and gentle but firm where needed. I'm also creative and fun, so would be able to play games and do activities with the kid(s) and keep them entertained, and I would also easily be able to help with homework due to my high scores in school. I would be great for a parent looking for someone to help with their primary school kid(s). I have my WWCC, First Aid Certification, Drivers License, and my own car.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hello parents, I am currently looking for an extra day or regular night time weekend babysitting If you are looking for a mature professional nanny , then I could be the one for you. As a mother of two and a professional nanny for over 30 years , I know what you need as a parent having someone to look after your children. I am comfortable with all ages , from newborns with bottles to toddlers with tantrums , stubborn pre schoolers and sassy school age. My specialty being that extra pair of hands when a new bubba joins your family, there is nothing better than baby cuddles , I have extensive experience with newborns. I will keep your children in the routine that you have worked hard to establish. Children learn through play, so lots of fun and games during the day and also involving the kids with household chores like unpacking dishwasher, cooking and folding laundry making it a fun thing to do together. I love those wacky science experiments and exploring the environment with the kids. Cooking , tidying up, washing and folding of clothes, can be done when there is a chance. When you get home , your house and the children will be organised so you can just come home and relax as everything will be taken care of, although occasionally with kids things don’t go to plan! I grew up on a farm and moved to Melbourne and completed a course at the Australian Nanny school which then enabled me to travel and work around Australia and in England. Please feel free to contact me if you think I would fit in to your family. At this stage I do not have anaphylaxis training , but happy to do so should I need to for any job that requires it. I have a reliable car and a clean licence. I am negotiable on pay, but you do get what you pay for! Hope to hear from you!

Looking for: Part-time

Hi- I was a Primary School teacher for 23 years & only at 2 schools. Last school I taught for 17 years, Stella Maris Beaumaris and both my children attended there to. There was just a shift in the school and a few of us wanted a change. I’ve taught most levels & Prep last 8 years. I love the little ones, seeing them develop and learn & I’m very conscious of celebrating all their successes. I enjoy embracing their personalities & really getting to know even the little things in their lives. I could continue teaching, but feel I’d like a change.I consider myself compassionate, patient, empathetic, a good listener, fair, energetic, happy & really encourage the children to be really involved in their learning & not just being dictated to. I pride myself on routine, cleanliness and punctuality. Every afternoon I walk out with the children & have general conversations with parents, as it’s it takes a village to raise a child & to build trust. I’ve always had a great rapport with parents.Being open, honest, discreet, even if they can be challenging conversations. I believe the earlier issues are addressed, it’s so much more beneficial for the child. I often seek advice from colleagues and in some cases have specific leadership staff attend meetings with me. My 2 children are 20 & 16 so they’re very independent, hence I’m flexible with hours & live nearby in a new townhouse in Hampton East. I have my WWC & happy to get a police check. I have obviously done first aid & anaphylactic training last 23 years. I would just have to spend one day getting my level 2 certificate for this year. I appreciate you reading a bit about me & feel to ask me any questions. I can send you my CV too. More than happy to to email me for further information. Kindest regards, Vanessa
