Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

As an Drama, Art and Media Teacher I have over 35 years experience working with both Secondary & Primary Students. Concurrently I have run my own Dog training and walking by business for over 25 years. For the past 10 years I have worked as a nanny for some lovely families and have found the experience very fulfilling. Over the last 3 years I have been employed by the Moheit family, caring primarily for their now 9 yr old daughter and also helping out with their 12 yr old son. I have only left their employ as the mum suddenly had to leave her job. I worked from 3.30-6.30 Tuesday till Thursday, picking up the daughter, caring for her at home, preparing dinner, helping out with laundry etc & driving the kids to sporting activities. During 2022 I worked for a wonderful family in Camberwell caring for their daughters for their 2 daughters Each day I picked up the girls from school, assisted with cleaning, washing & putting away clothes, tidying up & other household chores, helping with homework, taking them to & from Jujitsu, doing art activities with the girls and cooking dinner. In 2021 I have cared for 2 children aged 7yrs & 4 yrs, picking them up from kinder and school. I took them swimming, liased with other parents for frequent play dates, organised social play at local park during the pandemic lockdowns, assisted with online learning and worked many full time days throughout school holidays or when children had to quarantine. During 2019-2020 I was a nanny to Luke 8 yrs and Andrew 5 yrs, taking them to aftercare activities, helping with homework, changing beds & doing laundry and cooking dinner for them each night. Concurrently I run my own Dog Walking & Training business. I have a genuine love and a special gift connecting with children. I am a very energetic, fun, warm, patient, committed, creative, sporty individual with my degree specializing in Art, Drama and Media. I really value education and love tutoring kids, thrive in a family environment and just benefit from being around children. My current position ends as one of the parents will be running her own business from home. Looking for: Part-time

My name is Charlotte, I’m 23 years old and currently studying a Bachelor’s degree in Media and Communications at Swinburne University. I’ve lived in Malvern my whole life and went to both primary and high school in the area. I have two younger siblings – a 20-year-old brother and a 16-year-old sister. I’ve been looking after kids since I was 16 and have been nannying for over a year now. In that time, I’ve had the pleasure of working with a variety of families, including one nannying position with a lovely family for just under 12 months. I recently finished up with a wonderful family, caring for a 7-year-old boy, working three mornings and afternoons a week. I would do school drop-offs and pick-ups, help him with his homework, and plan fun activities for us to enjoy in the afternoons. As a nanny, I also prepare nutritious meals, manage light housekeeping, supervise after-school activities, and organise both educational and recreational games. I help with transportation to extracurricular events and appointments. Throughout all tasks, I prioritise creating a safe, supportive environment that fosters the children's growth and well-being. I also have experience with 2-year-olds and feel confident with all the usual tasks, like changing nappies and managing other needs at that age. I always make sure to keep kids busy with games and activities, and I’m happy to cook meals and clean up as needed. I love getting to know each child’s personality and finding activities they enjoy! I have a car and my P’s licence, so I can easily do school runs, take kids to after-school activities, or even take them on fun outings like going to the zoo or the park.

Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting

My name is Josephine. I’m 34 years old, Melbourne-based and currently living in Malvern. I’m also a mum to a gorgeous 4-year-old boy, and I’m looking for nanny work during the week while he is at kinder. I have over 15 years of nannying and babysitting experience, working with multiple families and caring for children from newborn through to school age. Many of the children I cared for are now grown up, and I’m still in touch with several of the families I worked with, which I feel says a lot about the long-term relationships I build. Becoming a mother four years ago has only strengthened my instincts, confidence and natural approach with children. I’m very warm, calm and nurturing, with a strong maternal presence. I’m also creative, organised, tidy and efficient, and I use common sense and good judgement when caring for children and managing a household. I have a full driver’s licence and excellent references available upon request. I genuinely love working with children and creating a safe, happy and engaging environment for them to grow in. I’d love to hear from families looking for reliable, experienced care. Warmly, Josephine

Hi, my names Madi and I've been looking after a variety of children aged 0-16 for 10 years now! I studied a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, Diploma of Professional dance and Cert 4 in dance teaching and management, in 2021 however had to defer in 2022 as i got a TV contract! I worked as a talent agent, was teaching dance, studying acting, nannying, performed in a professional theatre show and then moved to Los Angeles for 6 months for acting before returning home at the end of Feb 2025. I have been nannying for 2 families for almost 3 years now and another for the last 8 months as well! My families are all part time and I'm now looking for more hours so am beginning my search for an additional family. I absolutely love children and have had extensive experience with all ages, thus I believe I would make a valuable asset to the right family. Hopefully my long standing relationship with my current families is a testament to being a 'super nanny' :) References available upon request. Rate $35 for 1 child and $40 for 2+ I look forward to hearing from you :) Thanks, Madi
