Hello, families!
My name is Florencia. I’m originally from Argentina, and I’ve been living in Australia for the past two years. I have a strong background in education and social work, with nearly six years of experience supporting children in school environments.
I previously worked with The Arches Foundation, a foundation dedicated to helping children and young people regulate their emotions and develop positive routines—an experience that shaped my approach to creating warm, supportive, and playful learning spaces.
I am now working at St Andrew’s Anglican College in Peregian Springs as an educator, and I am currently working towards obtaining my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education. These experiences continue to strengthen my skills in building trusting relationships, adapting activities to each child’s needs, and supporting their overall wellbeing.
I am also fluent in Spanish and am always happy to introduce language learning into playtime if families would like.
I look forward to meeting you and creating fun, engaging, and nurturing experiences for your little ones!
