Hi! I’m Sofie. I’m currently in my first year of Nursing, working toward becoming a paediatric nurse, a career that reflects my passion for caring and helping children. I come from a European background where family, respect, and responsibility are a big part of everyday life, and I bring those values into my work with children. I’m fully vaccinated, have my NDIS Yellow Card, First Aid & CPR, a recent Police Check, and my Blue Card is currently pending. I enjoy cooking simple, healthy meals and am happy to help with light housework to support busy families. Having one year of experience working with children, my experiences began with a new born from a 1 to 6 month period, this taught me how to be gentle, attentive, and confident with routines like feeding, changing, and settling. I’ve also had experience caring for older children aged 4–5. These experiences helped me understand how to support children at different stages of development and how important it is to be patient, creative, and attentive to their individual needs. Even though I’m still building experience, I’m responsible, gentle, and genuinely love working with children. I understand how important it is to create a safe, warm, and fun environment — and I’m excited to support your family however I can.

About me - I work in childcare during the week only casual I have the weekdays/ weekends free to baby sit and look after your little ones while you go and have fun! As well as some days during the week I have been working in childcare for over 5 years as a group leader, I have my blue card and my cpr! I have had experience with every age group! I regularly baby sit for two families in the area and I’m happy to expand. I charge $35 an hour more for over nights, I’m always up for a chat to see what we can sort out to fit your schedule.

Hi I am a middle aged professional nanny and I have been caring, educating and nurturing children for over 25 years. For just over 20 years I owned a family daycare business and from that gained experience and skills to not only care for children of all ages but educate them and run a successful business. The last 5 years I have been going into family homes and looking after all family needs. I have an absolute love of all children and they always come first but am also happy to help with light household duties and cooking and baking. I love to do art and crafts, love to have trips to the library playgroup and whatever else takes the children’s interests. With all my years I can offer outstanding references as a lot of my families I still have contact with even 25 years later. I like to create lasting bonds and become part of the family that last many years.
