My husband and I are looking for an experienced carer for our 2 boys aged 6 and 7.5 years on Wed, Thurs & Fri from 3:15pm to 7pm. We’re looking for a carer who has flexibility for babysitting every now and again. If you are flexible for odd jobs such as laundry and light tidying up, please advise us of this flexibility. We are seeking to pay around $30 per hour, including super on a flexible contractual arrangement.

Duties include pick up from the local primary school that is in walking distance, support any light homework requirements, arrange dinner for the boys and address laundry. Commonly, either one of us will be back home from the CBD by 6:30pm ish.

We are a fun loving, active, caring family.

Our children are our pride and joy and we love being involved in their lives, so the role is to help us with them, light housework, cooking, household jobs. We are on the hunt for a nanny/babysitter to assist our family of 4 (+ Gus our Hungarian Vizsla) in Albert Park, to commence in a few weeks. We would like this to be ongoing/permanent for the next 6-12 months (with a break for around a month at Christmas time).

I am planning to embark on the process of looking for jobs to return to the workforce after a career break, and need support to enable me to do so. During this period, we are looking for someone ~15-20hrs/week across Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu. We can be flexible with exactly when those hours fall, and would be looking to split them over three or four days.

Once I have returned to work, we will be looking for someone to support us 3-4days a week. If the candidate we find for the near-term support is able to stay on with us long-term, that would be ideal though certainly not mandatory.
