My wife and I are hoping to find a caring nanny for our two daughters 4 and 2. We live in the Macedon ranges. We are after someone who can come and look after them at our house 2-4 days per week (Mon-Fri), days tbc, between about 9am-4-5pm. Our oldest is at kinder two days per week so on those days you will only need to look after the toddler.. There won’t be any household tasks involved (except helping the girls clean up their toys) and possibly light meal prep. Either myself or my wife will be working from our home office so you will always have an another adult there if needed, for example for breaks. My wife works in HR and I work in marketing. The girls haven’t had a babysitter before but our oldest absolutely adores her kinder teachers and is very excited about the prospect of having another adult to play with on the days not at kinder. Hours are 7am-10am 4 days(Tuesday-Friday) sometimes Monday also.

Thomas has recently started daycare and has been picking up bugs. When he’s unwell and unable to attend, I need someone to care for him so I can continue working from home or in the office.

This will be a casual, as-needed role. Ideally, you’ll have experience caring for babies and be nurturing, trustworthy and comfortable looking after little ones who aren’t feeling their best.

We are a friendly family seeking a reliable, caring and experienced nanny for our two boys, aged 9 and 5, commencing at the start of the 2027 school year.

Hours: Monday to Friday, during school terms

* Morning: 7:30–9:00 am
* Afternoon: 2:45–5:00 pm
* Approximately 18.75 hours per week
* $38–$42/hour negotiable depending on experience

Responsibilities:

* Help our youngest get ready for school and drop him at Footscray West Primary School by 8:50 am
* Collect our eldest from Westbourne Grammar’s Williamstown campus in Newport at approximately 3:15 pm
* Provide afternoon care at our home until 5 pm, including snacks, homework support and activities
* Light child-related tidying

Requirements:

* Own reliable, appropriately insured car and valid driver’s licence
* Current Working with Children Check
* First aid and CPR qualifications
* Experience caring for primary-school-aged children
* Excellent reliability, communication and references
* Availability for both morning and afternoon shifts, five days per week
