Babysitting and Nanny Jobs in Woodford NSW

We are looking for a warm, reliable babysitter/nanny to help care for our two young children – a 23-month-old boy and a 3-month-old baby girl.

Days: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (weekly)
Hours: Start between 7:00–8:00am and finish between 2:00–4:30pm depending on the day.

Pay: $28–$38 per hour depending on experience.

About the role:
- Caring for our toddler and baby in our home
- Taking the kids outside for play, walks or park visits most days
- Helping with light household tasks related to the children
- Basic food prep/cooking for the kids when needed
- Creating a safe, engaging and nurturing environment

We’re looking for someone who:

- Genuinely enjoys spending time with babies and toddlers
- Is proactive, patient and reliable (reliability is essential as care is needed so that parents can work)
- Is happy to get outside and keep our toddler active
- Is comfortable managing both a toddler and a young baby
- Can assist with light housework during naps (dishwasher, washer/dryer, living/play areas + kitchen kept tidy)

Requirements:

Valid Working With Children Check
First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Experience with babies and toddlers preferred

Penny is a happy, curious baby who enjoys play, books, and exploring the world around her. We follow a consistent routine with naps and feeding, and we’re looking for someone who is comfortable supporting that structure.

What the role involves
• Caring for Penny during the day
• Bottle feeding / solids
• Putting her down for naps following her routine
• Age-appropriate play and interaction
• Light baby-related tidying (bottles, toys, highchair)

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Experienced with babies under 1 year old
• Calm, attentive, and safety-conscious
• Warm and responsive with children
• Reliable and communicative

Requirements

• Infant First Aid & CPR
• Police Check
• At least two childcare references
