Babysitting and Nanny Jobs in Wisemans Ferry NSW

We’re a warm, easy-going family looking for a caring and reliable nanny to help look after our twin 2 year old girls.

We’re seeking support one day per week to start, with the potential to increase to two days per week here and there, dependant on our work schedules. The day we require help with is Friday.

Hours:
8:00– 4:00pm or 7:30- 3:30pm can also be 7:00-3:00pm with occasional flexibility, you would know well in advance.

You’ll be caring for active, curious toddlers in a relaxed home environment. We also have three friendly indoor and outdoor small dogs, so you’ll need to be comfortable around pets, there is an option to leave the dogs outside while you’re there. They are toy breeds so just lap dogs.

This is for someone who is wanting a long term position, our girls are very special to us and we want someone who will stay on until the girls school age.

Care required every 2nd week for 2 primary school children, age 7 & 11.
7:00am start, help with breakfast and getting ready for school. Driving to school and drop off at 8:30am is also require.
Care required for the full school year.

Schedule will be:
Week #1 - 3 days (Mon, Tues, Fri)
Week #2 - 2 days (Mon, Tues)

Time - 10am - 5pm

Main responsibilities:

* Feeding
* Playing - mixture of independent play and helping with milestones. Any interactive activities would be great!
* Settling

My wife and I work from home, so we will be around to assist if needed.

Working with Children Check (WWCC) needed.

We are looking for a kind, patient and reliable nanny to care for our children (mostly the toddler) for 18 hours per week.

Wednesday and Friday:
We require someone to start at 6.45 or 7 am. It will involve giving milk/breakfast to our toddler and older daughter, getting them dressed (diaper/toilet, brushing teeth, combing hair), and dropping off the older child to her school. Returning home and caring for the toddler (breakfast, play time, lunch, putting down for a nap). This is till 12.45 or 1 pm, so 6 hours each on Wednesday and Friday.

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday:
From around 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm, which is 2 hours each. It would involve picking up the children from school and daycare, giving the toddler a bath and supervising bath time for the older child, warming up dinner for the family (already cooked, only needs to be microwaved), giving the toddler dinner, and packing the school lunch box for the next day.

The total work per week would be 18 hours (2 hours each on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evening from 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm, and 6 hours each on Wednesday and Friday morning from 6.45 am to 12.45 pm).

As the role requires drop off and pick up via car, we require a candidate who has a valid driver's license, is a safe and confident driver and who has experience driving with children.
