After-School & Evening Support – Ongoing Role
We’re a local family based in Menai seeking a reliable uni student to provide after-school pick-ups and early evening support for my 10-year-old daughter and you get to hang out with our lovable Labrador Barry!
The role is 3 fixed afternoons per week, looking for Mon, Wed & Thurs but flexible.(approx. 3:15–6:30pm) plus occasional evening or weekend cover by prior agreement. Duties include school pick-ups, supervision at home, and light routine support (snack, homework presence).
Pay is $30/hr after school and $35/hr for evenings/weekends. Use of your own car is required (school is a short local drive).
WWCC required. Long-term commitment preferred.

I have two little boys (2 and 4 years old) and both my husband and I work full-time. We’re mainly looking for someone to help out a bit around the house and with the kids — things like helping take them to swimming lessons, keeping an eye on them after daycare, and just being an extra set of hands when needed.

We are looking for someone who is keen on looking after a gorgeous almost 1 year old who is wonderful and cheery. We have early starts for work so someone who can look after her in the morning for a few hours before dropping her off at day care would be great. The role would be getting her up and fed. We also have a 3 year old going on four. She is tries to do most but some help dressing her to the weather conditions on the day. We do have an indoor cat who is very friendly. We are a family of five comprised of myself, my wife and our three children. My first son is 12, my daughter is 8 and last born son is 5. We require a nanny to pick up the kids from school, take them to after school activities (athletics, karate, tutoring, soccer), prep dinner and get them ready for bed.

We have significant afterschool activities with something on everyday for at least one child. The hours would be 3pm to 7pm every week day.

There will be an element of the below in the role:
- Some cleaning
- Washing and drying clothes daily
- Folding and ironing clothes almost daily

The below will be highly regarded:
- Your own vehicle
- Having looked after two to three young children previously
- Having previously assisted children with home work/online tutoring daily

We are looking for a nanny to help with the care of our two wonderful school aged children, ages 7 and 9. The role is to:

Our children are G8, B6 & B4. The older children are at school locally and our youngest attends preschool part-time. We also have an elderly dog.

Care responsibilities would be full days on Thursday and Fridays for our youngest with school drop off and pick ups for the older two.
Tuesday and Wednesday care requirements can be negotiable, preschool/school pickups (from 2pm) being the priority, however we would love some help in the morning (7-10ish) if you are available. Our work rosters are variable so we generally structure your working week around that. We guarantee a set number of hours per fortnight and provide you with a roster a month in advance. A car is not required, however it would be helpful if you can drive. A family car is available for use. This is not essential though as all the kids after school activities are local or accessible via a short bus ride.

We are an experienced nanny family and are sadly farewelling our current nanny as she returns home overseas. She is happy to provide a family reference.
