We are a friendly family of three, with no pets. Both of us are doctors and mum will be returning to work in October. Looking for a warm, reliable and experienced career nanny to join our home and care for our 11 month old boy.
 
🗓️Days/hours:
- Monday and Tuesday: 7:00am - 6:00 pm
- Starting mid-September 2025
- Flexible start date for the right candidate. Casual days available prior.
- Likely increase to 3-4 days/week in early 2026.

You will be our son's first nanny and we are looking for someone we can build a long-term partnership with and who will grow with our family.

Rate:
$35 - $45 per hour (dependent on experience, negotiable)
 
Role includes:
📚 Providing safe, engaging and screen-free activities like reading books, musical play, walks and park outings on our street.
🍼 Supporting mealtimes (we will provide his pre-prepared meals) and naptimes and creating a calm, consistent routine.
🧼Light child-related housework duties including tidying play area, child's laundry, loading dishwasher and keeping kitchen/living areas tidy.  
 
Essential:
✅ Evidence of a valid WWCC, current Police Check, current First aid qualification (CPR & anaphylaxis training) and up-to-date vaccinations including MMR, Influenza, Whooping Cough
✅ At least 2 professional childcare-related references
✅ Minimum 1 year experience as a nanny or working in childcare (including with children < 2 years old)
✅ Available long-term (at least 1 year)
✅ Full Australian working rights
✅ Strong communication skills, fluent in English
✅ Non smoker
 
Desirable:
💙 Early childhood education qualification (eg. Certificate III or Diploma)

Hi there! Hope you’re having a good day. We are after a carer to watch our daughter on Mondays from 11am- 3:30/4pm while we both work from home. You would just literally be playing in the lounge room for a while. This is recurring work fyi.

Require causal babysitter to help with kids aged 12,8,7. Required initially for evenings Thurs 14 Aug - Sat 16 Aug and as required after that.

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable person to help with our afternoon routine for our three lovely kids. (13,10,8) on Monday and Tuesdays 3pm-6pm.

You would collect our kids from their primary school and provide fun supervision for the afternoon. You would need to be able to make kid friendly dinners (eg spag bol, tacos), do a load of laundry and a bit of a tidy up.

We both work full time, and we're a bit disorganised as a family, so we need someone that likes things being in order, and can be proactive in helping out on that front.

You would need a licence and a safe car to drive short trips of 5km for school pick up, and to/from from netball.

My husband and I are looking for a part-time nanny to join our family in caring for our 12 month old son. I work Monday-Wednesday. And my husband works full time. He works from home on a Tuesday, so we are hoping to keep our son at home with the help of a nanny on Tuesday's. We will also require support on the occasional Wednesday. Please note that our son is not yet walking so there will be lifting of him for the next few months. He is a happy bub, a good sleeper, determined and loving his journey with solids and we follow a strict routine in the day. She goes to daycare a couple of days a week and has lots of friends and family in the area for you all to meet up with on the other days. Our daughter still naps for about an hour each day and follows the same routine as her brother.

We would want our Nanny to be engaged and work with us to take care of our son and daughter and ensure they are engaged and active each day 8:15am - 5:45pm. We are also looking for someone to be responsible for cooking their meals and ensuring their supplies and working with us to ensure their washing is done.
