Hi! I'm Michelle, I'm 24, and I have recently completed my Certificate III in Early Childhood Care and Education and have been working in Childcare for almost a year. I have also completed my Diploma of Nursing in 2020. I am a very caring, kind, and friendly person who enjoys working with children of all ages and stages! My shift rosters do vary Monday-Friday, so I am always willing to have a chat about care outside of hours highlighted in my weekly availabilities.

Just a little bit about me.... I completed my Bachelor of Psychological Science at Deakin University. After Uni, I went to work at a disability Summer Camp in America, and found a love for working in the disability field. I now work as a NDIS Support Coordinator, and have done so for over 5 years, after working as a Support Worker. Over the last 13 years, I have had experience in both full time nannying and babysitting regularly which has also included house sitting and staying with the children overnight whilst their parents are away. I am a very bubbly and friendly person, who is responsible and can remain calm in any situation that is presented to me. I have a car and a current driver's license as well as a WWCC, First aid, and an NDIS workers screeners check.

I love working with young children and value creating a safe, calm, and engaging environment. I have recently returned from a year in Austria, where I worked as an Au Pair to two young girls aged two and four. My responsibilities included managing daily routines, preparing meals and planning activities to support their development and create a happy and supportive space for them.
