A warm hello. My name is Heather and I am a 44 year old diploma trained childcare teacher with over 15 years experience in the childcare sector. For the past seven years I have specialised in the care and development of the 0-3 age group and I am trained in settling techniques, routine assistance and the importance of learning through play.
